“Lion’s tooth” is a another name for the dandelion plant, which comes from the French phrase dents de lion. It symbolizes hope, resilience, healing, courage, and strength.
Hi, I’m Caitlin, I have over 8 years of experience working with individuals of all ages. I’m passionate in supporting both children and adults through life’s challenges, helping them navigate emotional hurdles, develop coping strategies, and build stronger, more resilient lives. I believe in the importance of building a strong, trusting relationship with each person, whether child or adult, allowing them to feel heard and understood. My goal is to help individuals develop the tools needed to manage their emotions, improve coping skills, and build resilience.
I don’t believe that therapy is a one-size-fits-all solution—it’s a partnership. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change. Together, we’ll work to process your experiences, tap into your own strengths, and discover the tools that resonate most with you, allowing you to move forward with confidence and clarity. Whether you’re looking to work through a specific concern or simply seeking personal growth, I am here to guide and support you.
Taking the first step to address a problem can sometimes be the biggest hurdle to overcome. I am here to tell you that you’re not alone. Therapy in itself can seem like an intimidating process; I offer a welcoming, compassionate, and empathic approach to support you. I hope to be apart of your journey toward self-growth, personal reflection, and healing. I believe that the most important aspect of a successful therapeutic relationship is rooted in trust and hope to be apart of your journey today!
