“My approach is rooted in compassion, ensuring that every moment we share is thought-provoking and rewarding.”

My 12 years in the helping professions has provided me with an unbelievable opportunity to support individuals faced with a myriad of different challenges. I believe that the most important aspect of a successful therapeutic relationship is rooted in trust. Our practice is named Lion’s Tooth Counseling due to its symbolism for the dandelion flower that most people only view as a nuisance spring weed. Much like the strength it takes to come to therapy, the dandelion represents hope, resilience, healing, and new beginnings. I believe that therapy offers immersive experience that allows a person to feel embraced in a non-judgmental and caring environment. My approach is rooted in compassion, ensuring that every moment we share is thought-provoking and rewarding. Although not always linear, the discussions within the therapeutic context typically tell a story. The elements of this tale, which encompass your life experiences, may be met with anxiety, stress, loss, trauma or many different circumstances that elicit pain. A story is meant to have multiple chapters, which can serve as new opportunities for self-growth, personal reflection, and healing. I work with adults 18 or older and offer an eclectic approach to addressing multiple different areas of concern. I hope you reach out today to start this journey.
